Erik Selin øker sin eierandel i MyBank fra 9,99% til 20%
MyBank (OTC: MYBANK) today announces that its largest shareholder, Erik Selin Fastigheter AB (“ESF”), will exercise an option to increase its ownership in MyBank from 9.99 percent to 20.00 percent. ESF is wholly owned by private investor Erik Selin who also serves as CEO for Balder, a Swedish real estate company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
- We appreciate the trust shown by Erik Selin in increasing his stake in MyBank through his private company ESF, and see it as a vote of confidence in our ability to execute on our business plan, says CEO Christen Fredriksen in MyBank.
In connection with Mybank’s share placement in November 2016, ESF was granted an option to subscribe 26,450,000 new shares within 1 July 2017, at a subscription price of NOK 1.26 per share, subject to approval from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (“NFSA”) to exceed the 10 percent ownership restriction.
As a result of the option being exercised, the bank’s number of issued shares will increase from 211,476,191 to 237,926,191 shares, subject to approval of the share capital increase by the NFSA.
- The additional NOK 33.3 million of new equity brings the total capital raise to NOK 273.3 million, which further strengthens the bank’s funding and enables even stronger growth in 2017, says Mr. Fredriksen.
